Step 1: Clip the Birds Toenail

Be sure to clean your nail clippers, as well as the birds toenail with an alcohol wipe, then clip the toenail as shown in the image. Be sure to clip just enough for blood to flow.

Step 2: Collect the Blood Sample

Place enough blood within the circle on the form and allow to dry for at least 1 hour.
